Steven D. Tennant grew up in Lincoln, Arkansas in West Washington County. Steven graduated from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas with a B.S.B.A in Accounting in 1978 before obtaining his Juris Doctorate at the University of Arkansas School of Law. Starting his professional career as an attorney in 1986, he has provided 37 years of legal services to citizens of Northwest Arkansas and throughout the State. In addition to his private practice, Steven was first elected City Attorney for the City of Farmington, Arkansas in 1999, and retired from that position in 2023 after 24 years of dedicated service. 

Clients Steven represented in his early years of practice and over the past 37 years in Northwest Arkansas continue to utilize his services. Many of his newer estate planning clients are second and third generation family members of past and continuing clients. With his many years of experience and the expertise he has gained over the years, Steven has earned a reputation of providing quality legal advice and services. Also, Steven has the special ability to make his clients feel comfortable and at ease during consultations to help clients understand the legal process regarding matters that are oftentimes overwhelming and confusing.  He has provided affordable legal services to thousands of people during his career and continues to provide clients with the results they need. 

Trey Robbins

The firm’s associate attorney, Trey Robbins, is a lifelong resident of Washington County. He completed a B.A. degree in History at the University of Arkansas in 1996 and obtained his Juris Doctorate at the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2000. He has practiced law in Northwest Arkansas for over 18 years, with an emphasis on Bankruptcy, Debt Negotiation, Probate, and Estate Planning. Over the course of his career as a bankruptcy attorney, Trey has represented many people in difficult situations, and he takes pride in improving his clients’ lives by working diligently for them.
